Well, it was opening night for Robin Hood, the fall production for my high school. Yes, I have a role. I am Ellen Dear, if you don't know who she is, she works at the Blue Boar Tavern and is a grumpy, creepy woman who sweeps and is constantly yelling at people to move their feet so she can sweep. That's me. I, either luckily or sadly take your pick, get to be in the creepy scene. Meaning, I tell a ghost story, then the dark scary monk comes in, I converse with him in a creepy manner, and then he leaves, and I scream later for reasons I WONT SHARE BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO SEE THE PLAY EVEN IF YOU LIVE IN LIKE ENGLAND OR SOMETHING.

I think I did awesome, as with everyone else in the production. My accent was super duper cool, and I remembered all ques, lines and blocking so that was amazing.

Also, we found out about the Drama New York trip in March which is a huge, huge trip and is a very big deal because it's like a three day, two night trip so yeah. And we see like three Broadway shows and go to all these awesome restaurants and have dinner with the casts of the Broadway shows and then take dance and singing lessons with the casts of the Broadway shows we see and it's a huge deal.

See, everyone wanted to go. Last year, she only cut three people from going. This year, she cut forty. Why? Because she didn't have enough seats on the awesome buses she got for us that have like DVD players and bathrooms and televisions and it's like a huge party bus.

A lot of kids from my class got cut from going...I, gladly, did not. So now I get to go on this SUPER AWESOME field trip in March!
